House 2 Home Outreach

 

The Foundation has designated three families in Pietermaritzburg who need their homes refurbished. We are accordingly canvassing for furniture and electronical appliances to donate to these families, we will re-paint and furnish the houses with the idea of making them comfortable homes for the families.

Family Funding Outreach

 

The Foundation has designated three families living in deplorable conditions in the Slenge area in Pietermaritzburg, The aim of the outreach is to organise and expedite social grants for the family members and procure tertiary education for the young adults who have obtained matric. In addition, we will provide clothing and groceries for the families.

Youth Revival

 

 This outreach will take place at high schools situated at the Ngaphezulu area in the rural outskirts of Pietermaritzburg and in the Bergville area, the outskirts of Okhahlamba. Both areas are in Kwa Zulu Natal.

 

Our aim is to reach out to the youth as the future pioneers of this country -

 

  1.  We plan to have young pastors come and preach the Word of God to the youth and discuss the freedom from bondage provided by Jesus Christ. 

  2. A speaker to speak to the youth about the issues that the youth is facing namely: self-esteem issues, drugs and alcohol abuse, teenage pregnancy and HIV/Aids.

  3. Installing the value of self-worth to each and every individual and reminding them that God still knows their name.

  4. We will discuss higher education opportunities - financial solutions i.e bursaries, financial aid etc.

  5. Providing contact details of social welfare and free counselling services.
